That’s why I have spent much of my career helping teams to work effectively. To do that, I often use one of the excellent profiling tools out there such as Tilt 365, Team Management Profile (TMP), Opportunities-Obstacles Quotient (QO2), DiSC or Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), all of which I am accredited to deliver.
