Just about everything you want to do requires good communication: pitching an idea, giving guidance, motivating your team, passing on feedback, giving bad news, running a meeting, writing a message, communicating a plan, connecting with clients . . .

Communication is such an integral part of work that I developed the REPRESENT model to support programs in this area. REPRESENT unlocks a simple and universal approach to communicating well every time.

Presenting

Being able to present your insight, ideas, plans, products or services with clarity is so important. To present well we need to get our message across authentically, make our data memorable, manage our anxiety and ultimately, make things happen.

Influence

Influence as a leader or an individual contributor is a complex cocktail of skills, attitudes and behaviours. Understanding these, honing your strengths and developing your presence in an authentic way is key to maturing your influence.

TEAM COMMUNICATION

Good communication increases efficiency and team satisfaction. A team that communicates well knows how to maximise each interaction, eliminate the stress of personal drama, and avoid misunderstandings and personality conflicts.
