Team Management Profile from TMS

I use the Team Management Profile from TMS to help develop high-performing teams. The profile gives excellent insight into an individual's work preferences and behaviours and this allows me to focus quickly on areas that will benefit them and the team they are working within.

High-performing teams are strong in all of their functions, and communicate well both internally and externally. By combining the team's profiles into a special report, I can evaluate the team's strengths and weaknesses. I can then work with them on closing the gaps, whether they are about what they do, or how they do it.

Everyone in the workshop will take a 60-question profiling assessment a week or two before the course date. The profiles will be processed by TMS and each workshop participant will receive their personal 5,000-word report during the training session. I spend some time helping the group to understand their profile before moving on to the specific team development goals.

I adapt this workshop to suit each team and its goals. Depending on the needs of the group, the programme can last anywhere from one to three days.

This workshop works really well for newly formed teams taking on a project, for teams that have communication challenges, for teams that want to boost their performance, or for teams wanting to refresh their way of working.
